When your order leaves our premises, we will send you an e-mail to inform you.

We ship to: Spain, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Our warehouse is in Spain, so we will ship from that country. Shipping times can vary depending on the carriers’ workload and holidays.

After the order is processed by our team, the shipment will take the following times (app.):

Spain and Portugal – business hours 24-48 hours

France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and The Netherlands – business hours 24-72 hours

Free Fashion cannot be responsible for unexpected delays (such as strikes, custom procedures, etc.)


The first size exchange of your order will be completely free and you will need to request it within 30 days from delivery date.

Please, contact our customer service at indicating your name, order reference and the new size you need by typing on the e-mail subject “Exchange” and the order reference and we will give you instructions to proceed with your return.

Once we receive the package, we will let you know via e-mail and we will send you the new size for free. Please, place your invoice inside the box in order to identify your order.

In any case, the products to be exchanged will need to be in perfect condition, not used and in its original package.

If you need another exchange, we inform you the shipping costs will be on you.


You will need to return a product within 30 days from delivery date.

1. Please, write us to indicating your order reference and the products you wish to return. It is very important that the e-mail subject is: RETURN and the order reference.

2. Please, prepare the package. You need to use the original box.

3. Please, place your invoice inside the box in order to identify your order.

4. The package needs to be sent back through the same carrier the order was delivered.

After this, please, send us the tracking number. Remember not to allow more than 30 days from the moment you receive the product until you send us the e-mail with the tracking number.

As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed to reimburse the order, so that you have it available as soon as possible and will be made using the same payment method the order was placed through. All products must be unused and properly labelled, since we cannot accept any return of an item that is not in perfect condition.
