SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase. Returns are free of charge for orders over 50€. Please bear in mind that once the deadline is passed, we will not be able to accept any returns.

Access “MY ACCOUNT” on www.vienty.es and in the section “HISTORY AND ORDER DETAILS” you will find a recap of all your orders.

Please remember: the items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Send the items back in the same box you received them in to avoid any damages during the shipping. Should we receive damaged items due to bad packaging, we will not return the item.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, at Vienty, it’s free of charge (only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order) within the 30 days following the shipping date of your order. A messenger will bring over the new shoes you ordered and you will have to give him back the ones that don’t fit you. The exchange is free of charge since we will take care of shipping costs – except in the Canary Islands,Ceuta,Melilla and other international destinations.

We don’t take exchanges from the Canary Islands,Ceuta,Melilla and other non-EU countries. Should you need a size exchange, you need to order again and ask for a refund.

Access “MY ACCOUNT” on www.vienty.es and in the section “HISTORY AND ORDER DETAILS” you will find a recap of all your orders. Please, indicate it’s a size exchange and the size you need.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Should you receive damaged items, we can either send you new ones free of charge or refund you.

Vienty is committed to taking care of the costs to return the damaged shoes and sending you the new ones according to the agreed conditions of the purchase.

RETURN

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your VIENTY purchase, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return it. To manage the return, access MY ACCOUNT” on www.vienty.es and in the section “HISTORY AND ORDER DETAILS” you will find a recap of all your orders.

Please bear in mind that we will just accept return of items in perfect condition and with the same packaging we sent them in.

We will manage the return and the messenger company will pick up the package at your address. Return is free of charge for you except if you are from the Canary Islands.

If you are from non-EU countries or the Canary Islands,Ceuta or Melilla you will have to take charge of the return of the package. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund of your purchase. We will proceed to the refund once we have received your package.

Once we have checked the shoes are in perfect condition, we will refund you within 10 to 15 days via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Regarding the Canary Islands, it might take a little longer. If you payed via COD, we will refund you via bank transfer. To do so, you will have to provide us with your account number.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Regarding the purchases made outside of Spain, you also have 30 days to exchange or return the items you purchased. Please remember that once this deadline is passed we won’t accept any returns. In this particular case, the customer will take charge of the costs of delivery and return.
