If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the goods or, in the event that the goods making up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify FREE FASHION SL, at the address, Calle Aperos nº6 (PolÃgono Industrial Tres Hermanas) with postcode 03680 Aspe (Alicante), or through the mail hola@vienty.es, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form attached to these Conditions, although its use is not obligatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you in relation to the products of the order on which you have exercised your right of withdrawal, excluding the return shipping costs.
